Clare pet owners are being urged to ‘think outside the box’ to ensure they can keep their animals within their homes.
It comes as welfare groups in this county and elsewhere are reporting a ‘spike’ in the number of pets being dropped at their door since workers began to return to the office.

Sanctuaries say they’re now at ‘breaking point’, with the Clare Animal Welfare Sanctuary reporting that they’re running out of foster spaces amid the surge.
Judy Black, who’s a volunteer with the group, says people should ask for help from those around them if they’re struggling to keep their pet.
