Clare Man To Take Horse-Drawn Carriage To Dáil For Insurance Reform

An East Clare man is taking his horse-drawn carriage all the way to the Dáil this week to demand insurance reform.

Sean Kilkenny has run a vintage carriage business operating out of the grounds of Dromoland Castle, but says rising insurance costs, coupled with the COVID crisis, has proved untenable.

He will arrive in Dublin on Friday to deliver his message, and that of other affected businesses, to government.
