A Clare-based chemical solutions provider has expanded its UK footprint, with the acquisition of Resource Chemicals.
Chemical Solutions Group, which is based in Shannon and Foynes, has acquired the UK-based chemical distribution specialist, marking a further step in its long-term strategy to build a sustainable and meaningful presence in the UK market.

The move forms part of CSG’s broader plan to develop a stronger, more capable UK platform through targeted investment and acquisitions that enhance supply resilience, technical capability and customer service across essential industrial, water and environmental markets.
CSG has already invested in UK infrastructure through GI Chemical Solutions and its Immingham base.
