Urgent action is being sought near an East Clare tourist hotspot to eradicate what’s been described as “traffic chaos”.
It comes as residents near Twomilegate have expressed concerns over major gridlock, effectively trapping them into their homes and causing major congestion.

Locals are now calling for lands to be acquired to provide additional visitor parking and for a dedicated traffic management plan.
Broadford resident and former General Election Candidate Matthew Moroney claims the lack of toilet facilities are also causing hygine issues.
