Hundreds of mourners including President Michael D. Higgins have gathered for the funeral mass of the late broadcaster Bill O'Herlihy.

O'Herlihy, who retired as an RTE sports broadcaster last year, passed away at his home in Dublin on Monday at the age of 76.
Among the other mourners at his funeral mass were Ministers Richard Bruton and Heather Humphries, former Ireland international Ray Houghton and his former broadcast colleagues John Giles and Eamon Dunphy.
