A total of 65 social homes were delivered in Clare in the final three months of last year.
New data from the Department of Housing reveals 40 of these were in Ennis.
The Social Housing Construction Projects report for the final quarter of 2025 shows 65 social homes were completed in October, November and December last year.
Of this figure, 40 were in the county town, with 20 on Parnell Street and a further 20 on the Gort Road.
Kilrush saw 10 units delivered while five were in Shannon, four were in Clonlara, a further four were in Ennistymon, and Clarecastle and Killaloe each accounted for one.
At the end of 2025, a total 143 social homes in Clare were at various stages of delivery.
Across last year, 189 social homes came on stream in this county, 180 of which were new-builds with five acquired and four leased.
