Over 1,200 people are on the waiting list for a driving test in Clare.
According to freedom of information figures, 15 test centres across the country have over 1,000 on their waiting lists.

In Ennis 701 people are waiting, in Shannon there’s 395 and in Kilrush 140.
The Road Safety Authority says people who apply now are likely to wait about six months for a test, due to Covid.
