PJ will be well known to people as the now-former Independent councillor who lost his seat during last June’s Local Elections, following lengthy service as a local representative.

PJ was also Mayor of Clare during his time as a councillor.
The Cratloe native also has plenty of business interests, having gone from running a garage in Kilkishen to last year celebrating fifty years in business with the Sixmilebridge-based PJ Ryan’s Tractor and Grasscare.
