Clare’s Roisín Begley has been named the PwC GPA Camogie Player of the Month for May.
The Truagh-Clonlara sharpshooter struck 2-6 over the month in the Banner’s championship wins over Dublin and Wexford.

Elsewhere Dublin’s Brian Hayes claimed the Hurler of the Month Prize, Roscommon forward Darragh Heneghan was named Footballer of the Month, while Kerry goalkeeper Mary Ellen Bolger won the Ladies Football Prize.
