Crews from Clare’s County Fire Service spent over 12 hours battling a blaze at Moneypoint Power Station overnight.
Emergency services were alerted to the fire in a coal bunker in the Killimer power station at around 5 o’clock yesterday evening.
Three units of the fire service remained at the scene overnight.
