The manager of Donald Trump’s Doonbeg Golf resort says they intend to engage with locals in the coming week regarding what they can expect during the US Presidential visit to the village.

There’s less than two weeks for logistical arrangements to be put in place, including a massive security operation, before the arrival of President Trump in Clare on June 5th.

General Manager of Trump Doonbeg Joe Russell says the scale of the visit will be unlike anything experienced there before, and that they’ll communicate with locals in a bit to cut down on inconvenience.
