Second Defeat For Clare Under 20s In Football’s O’Connor Cup

Clare’s under 20 footballers suffered their second defeat in the Liam O’Connor Cup last night as they went down 3-10 to 1-10 to Offaly in Tullamore.

Sean Rouine scored a goal just before half-time giving the Banner a 1-9 to 0-4 interval lead.

But they only managed one score after the restart as the Faithful County hit back with goals from Cian Farrell, Jack Bryant and Cian Johnson.
