The man who led Kilmihil to the 2017 Clare Intermediate Football title says there’s a huge sense of achivement after the victory.
The 1-15 to 0-6 win over Kilrush sees them make the step up to senior for next season, their first time back in the top tier since 2011.

They had suffered final heartbreak on three previous occasions, but were always in control this time around having led 1-12 to 0-2 at the break.
Manager Enda O’Halloran says it was a huge day for the club.
Next up for them is a Munster club semi final where they will travel to take on either the Tipperary or Limerick champions on November 12th
