Drugs worth half a million euro have been seized at Shannon Airport.
As a result of routine operations, Revenue Officers, assisted by detector dog Brody, seized approximately 25 kilograms of herbal cannabis.

The illicit drugs were discovered in a shipment originating from the US and was destined for an address in the Mid-West.
Investigations are ongoing.
This seizure is part of Revenue’s ongoing operations targeting organised crime groups and the importation, sale and supply of illegal drugs.
