The management of Clare’s Under 21 Hurlers say the strength in depth of their squad could be crucial in their All Ireland Final next weekend.
While much of the country’s attention is focussed on Sunday’s Senior Final between Galway and Kilkenny, Clare have been busy preparing for their own clash against the Cats the following Saturday, a match that marks just a second All Ireland Under 21 Final appearance for the county.
The Banner reached this stage on the back of a comprehensive semi-final win over Antrim, a game which the camp admits didn’t provide the stern test they desired.
