The big medals prospect will be in the girls U/17’s with Amy O Donoghue Emerald and along with Jean and Niamh Clancy both St Johns and Ian Slobody Kilmihil contesting the boys U/17’s with Imogen Cotter, Aishling Darcy both Ennis Track and Harriett Flynn Shannon taking part in the girls U/19’s.

Clare Sports Partnership and Clare Athletics Association are holding the second frost bite 5k road race series this Saturday starting at 10 . 30am.
Entries are taken at Mullagh Community Hall next to Mullagh National School from (9.00am to 10 . 00am) and the 5k run walk or jog will start on the Finnormore Road outside Timmy Donnellan’s Gate.
