The manager of Clare's Under-21 footballers says his side believe they can win tonight's Munster semi-final clash against Tipperary.

The Premier County, who have reached the last three Munster Minor finals, are red-hot favourites for tonight's game, and showed their pedigree in last week's ten-point win over Waterford.
However, Clare boss Ger Keane has named a starting fifteen with three Clare seniors, and says the team will be gunning for victory.
