O'Connell will captain the side and is set to earn his 90th cap for Ireland.
O'Mahony, man-of-the-match against Wales two weeks ago, starts in the back-row with Chris Henry and Jamie Heaslip.
Murray wins his 25th cap as he combines with Jonny Sexton in the half-backs.
