Ennis native Aoife Corey is in line to receive her first Ireland cap against Scotland in the Women’s Six Nations this weekend.
She’s one of two Clare women named to start by Head Coach Scott Bemand for the trip to Edinburgh on Saturday afternoon, with Kilmihil’s Edel McMahon again captaining the side from open side flanker.
Corey will start at full back, joined in the back three by Munster teammate Amee-Leigh Costigan and Vicky Elmes Kinlan who earns her first start.
