Clare GAA’s Centre of Excellence, Caherlohan was the venue this evening as the draws for the Clare Senior and Intermediate Championships were made.
The race for Canon Hamilton will begin on the weekend of May 14th/15th with some exciting pairings announced. Reigning champions, Sixmilebridge enjoyed a glorious 2015 going unbeaten in both League and Championship, they face Crusheen in a repeat of last year’s semi-final in the first round.
After winning their first Senior Championship in twenty five years, St Josephs Miltown will have no intention of letting go of Jack Daly without a fight, they begin their quest to retain Jack against Wolfe Tones na Sionna. The Clare Senior Football Championship will commence in June. If Clare are to overcome Limerick the ties will be played on June 18th if not they will take place on June 11th.
