Colaiste Muire were victorious in Ladies Football Munster Senior C final needing extra time to get past St Mary’s Macroom in Mallow this afternoon.
There was nothing to separate the sides in normal time, with the game ending 3-3 to 1-9.

In the extra period the Ennis side led by five points following a second half goal, however, their Cork opponents battled back to level late on.
There was still life in Colaiste Muire and they worked the ball up the field for one final attack and kicked the winning score to claim the trophy on a score of 4-6 to 2-11.
