There was success for Clare hurlers and camogie players at one of the biggest GAA competitions in America this week.
Vancouver Wolfe Tones captured the men’s senior hurling and Junior C camogie title at the San Diego 7 a side tournament in California.

Kilmurry Ibrickane’s Eamonn Bracken, who is a founding member of the club, was part of the squad along with Doora Barefield duo Tom Hannan and Kevin Meaney, Sean Dolan of Clarecastle, Colin Haugh from Clooney-Quin and David Corbett of Corofin all involved.
Deirdre Lynch of Kilmurry Ibrickane was the Banner representative on the winning camogie side.
