Clare have been beaten in the quarter final of the All Ireland Senior Camogie championship.
John Carmody’s side saw their season come to an end in Croke Park after a 2-20 to 2-10 defeat to Waterford.

Aine O’Loughlin struck two superbly taken goals in the opening period and it looked as though the sides would go in level at half time, however, Annie Fitzgerald hit the net for the Deise to give them the advantage at half time.
Niamh Rockett added a second goal in the dying stages to cap off a 10 point victory.
