Today on Morning Focus, we were joined in studio by Samaritans Volunteer, ‘Jessica’ as the Samaritans are preparing for Christmas.
The Ennis and Clare Samaritans are promising that ‘Yule’ not go lonely this Christmas. The charity, which operates a freephone and drop-in centre service, is preparing for the busy Christmas period. They’ll be holding a candlelight vigil in Ennis this Saturday, the longest night of the year, and will be on standby for anyone who needs them all Christmas, including Christmas Day itself.
