On Thursday’s Morning Focus, Alan was joined by Pat Sweeney who is a local historian and the man behind Doolin Cliff Walks along with Kate Daly who sang live in studio. They were also accompanied by Charles Monod who is the artistic director of the event and played a tune on the concertina with Rachel Reid who accompanied Charles on the fiddle. Charles looked ahead to the Russell Festival Weekend for 2023 and shared insight on what visitors can expect. Pat highlighted his connection with the festival and described his delight at being involved in this year’s events.
