Olive Halpin, Ray of Sunshine and Chef Kevin Dundon, Dunbrody House told us about the Ray of Sunshine organisation’s night of food and fashion in glór, Ennis which takes place next Wednesday (November 21).
Olive is also seeking the help of Clare tradespeople to consider travelling with the organisation to Mombasa, Kenya to help out in some of the most deprived areas of the region.
