On Wednesday’s Morning Focus, Alan Morrissey was joined by Karen O’Donnell, Director of rape Crisis Midwest and Deirdre Murray, Clare Haven Children and Young People Support Coordinator to discuss Russell Brand allegations and consent.

Police are in contact with another woman who has come forward with an allegation against Russell Brand.

It’s a claim of sexual assault in Soho in London and goes back 20 years.

The comedian has strongly denied accusations of rape, assault and emotional abuse since the findings of an investigation by Channel 4 and The Times were published.

Those findings relate to four women who have made claims of rape, sexual assault and emotional abuse, relating to alleged incidents between 2006 and 2013 in the UK and US.
