On Thursday’s Morning Focus Alan Morrissey was joined by Joe Wicks. Known as The Body Coach, he is the British fitness coach, TV presenter and author who entertained thousands of schoolchildren with fun workout during the Covid lockdown.
Joe is bringing his Schools Tour to Ireland this week to get more kids moving and learning about the incredible benefits of movement & exercise.

There were over 10,000 applications to receive a visit from The Body Coach, and one of the lucky schools is CBS Primary School in Ennis, which Joe will be paying a visit to on Thursday.
