A group of talented young students from CBS Primary Ennis have returned home from the United States with one of the top honours at the VEX Robotics World Championship.
Competing against some of the best young STEM teams in the world in St. Louis, Missouri, in the United States, the Clare students secured the prestigious Design Award for their engineering skill, teamwork and resilience under pressure.
Joining Alan Morrissey on Friday’s Morning Focus to talk about their remarkable achievement were teacher Donna Little, Assistant Principal Colm Daveron, and team drivers Maria Huriina, Antosh Rog and Lucas O’Callaghan.
