On Thursday’s Morning Focus, Alan Morrissey presented a piece by Clare Fm’s Broadcast Journalist, Daragh Dolan. Daragh took a trip to Miltown Malbay and spoke to some of the locals about the situation regarding Miltown Malbay Hotel housing over 40 international protection applicants.
The locals highlighted how in past situations they have been told the area is not suitable for the applicant’s needs and outlined that the town does not have many facilities to offer.
