Gavin was joined on air by Sean Conlan of Ennis Mental Health Association as Mental Health Week begins next week, October 7th.
The week will see a wide range of events taking place. They include important talks, singing, yoga, tai chi, mindfulness through art and more. Ahead of the weeklong series of events, this Thursday (Oct 3) at the TempleGate Hotel, Dr. Maureen Griffin will deliver a presentation on Youth Mental Health and the effects of Social Media.
