On today’s Morning Focus, we heard from Connie Danaher of Killimer following her creation of the ‘In Case Of Emergency’ card.
The ICE Card which was featured on an episode of Fair City last week alerts first-responders to someone’s medical condition and next of kin in the event of an incident. The card was featured on TV when Fair City’s Rose collapsed after running out of her medication for diabetes. The card was discovered in Rose’s bag, alerting others to her condition. Connie told us more about the ICE card and where she got the idea from.
