A Kildysart fundraising effort for hospice care has received national recognition, with local fundraiser Frankie O’Shea presented with a Together for Hospice National Super Host Award.
Frankie has been raising funds for almost 25 years, continuing the work he began with his late wife Philomena and her cousin Sheila.

Over the past 12 years alone, the fundraising has raised almost €30,000.
