On Wednesday’s Morning Focus, Alan was joined by Maura Clancy and Colm Linnane who are members of the Corofin Dramatic Society. The society are set to host their production of ‘Stolen Child’ by Bairbre Ní Caoimh and Yvonne Quin. The duo discussed the production which is based on a woman who was adopted at birth and embarks on a journey to be reunited with her biological mother. Maura described the positive impact that the society has had on the local community and the entertainment they provide. Colm highlighted some of the main characters in the production and described their roles. The production is set to take place in Corofin Community Hall on Wednesday 22nd of February and Thursday 23rd of February at 8pm. They will also take centre stage in Glór on Sunday 26th and Monday 27th of February at 8pm also.
