We heard from a regular on Clare FM, chef Frank Landy and his wife Siobhán Landy.
The pair are part of a group of Clare volunteers heading to Uganda to work with Walakuba Special Needs School and with Hospice Jinja which was founded by yet more Clare natives, Frank and Patricia Hassett from Ennis. The group has raised €30,000 and is set to travel to Uganda at the end of this week.
