On Friday’s Morning Focus, Alan was joined live in studio by sisters Aisling and Danielle Kenneally of Wix and Wax Ireland, based in Ennis. Danielle and Ashling joined the show to discuss their fundraising initiative in aid of Water Safety Ireland which is in its 3rd year and takes place throughout the month of May.
All proceeds of the sales of their special Wix and Wax product ‘Blue Daisy’ will be donated to Water Safety Ireland.
Danielle outlined her own personal connection with Water Safety Ireland following the accidental drowning of her brother Jack along with his friend Shay at an unused quarry in 2018. Danielle highlighted the importance of water safety especially coming into the summer months.
