On Thursday’s Morning Focus, Alan was joined by Evan Talty, a member of Wild Irish Seaweed. Wild Irish Seaweed have recently claimed the ‘Best Export Award’ at the National Enterprise Awards hosted in Dublin. Evan discussed how it has been a busy time of the year for them and how they have been harvesting for the summer. Evan dived into the background of the company and how it’s creation was influenced. Evan also highlighted how the company has been branching out nationally while also keeping their local customers happy. He then outlined the company’s goals that they look to achieve in the future.
