On Wednesday’s Morning Focus, Alan Morrissey was joined by John Hennessy, A.K.A. Black Pope, an Ennis musician based between Ireland and Berlin.
Black Pope, otherwise known as John Hennessy, originally from Drumcliffe in Ennis, is now gearing up for the release of his new single. “Black Love,” described as a “romantic goth ballad,” will be released just before Valentine’s Day.
Listeners will be familiar with the artist who last joined Alan on air when he released the EP “Music for Girls Vol. 1.”
