Tom passed away peacefully on Friday the 9th of October, surrounded by his loving family at University Hospital Limerick.
Predeceased by his loving wife, Hilda who he cared for in her illness.
Deeply missed by his devoted sister, Marian and her partner Michael, his step daughter Genevieve, his siblings Martin, Anne, Margaret, Francis, Pauline, Teresa and Michael.
Tom will be sadly missed by his step grand children, Holly, Paddy and Max and his nieces and nephews who loved Tom dearly.

Reposing at home (V95 PDP3) in Ballybeg on Sunday 11th October from 6pm with prayers at 8pm.
Funeral Mass on Monday at 11am in Ballyea Church followed by burial at Lisdeen cemetery, Kilkee.
