Peacefully in University Hospital Limerick surrounded by his loving family.
Deeply missed by his heartbroken family, wife Phil, children Jackie, Brendan, Tom, Terry and Melissa, son-in-law Mike, daughters-in-law Hazel and AnnMarie, grandchildren Kate, Shane, Gearóid, Gemma and Gavin, sister Marie, sister-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and his many friends.
May his gentle soul Rest in Peace.
Tom will repose in Mc Mahon’s Funeral Home, Blackwater this Saturday (15th March) from 5pm to 6:30pm.
Arriving for funeral Mass in St. Patrick’s Church, Parteen on Sunday (16th March) at 1pm followed by burial afterwards in Ballycannon Cemetery Meelick.
Family flowers only.
