School Road, Lahinch, County Clare, 9th January 2023, passed away peacefully in the care of the staff at Milford Care Centre, predeceased by her parents Marie and Tomsie, deeply regretted by her husband Kieran, daughter Susan, brother Owen, sisters Joan and Helen, brother-in-law James, sister-in-law Lisa, nieces Alannah, Milly, Siabh and Ellsie, nephew Jack, extended family, relatives and friends.
Selina’s family would like to sincerely thank all those who cared for Selina in this journey, the consultants and staff at the Mid West Cancer Centre, volunteers at the Irish Red Cross, our GP Dr John Duncan who went beyond the call of duty, staff at Milford Care Centre, HSE Public Health Team, Clare Care Carers, the visiting rota and her sister Joan who was her primary carer when she came home.
Reposing at Lahinch Church this Wednesday the 11th of January 2023 from 6pm until 7:30pm. Private service on Thursday. House private please. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu to Milford Hospice and the Irish Red Cross.
There will be light refreshments in Kenny’s Bar, Lahinch on Wednesday from 5:30pm until 9pm, everyone is encouraged to come along and tell a story about Selina.
