Daughter of Thomas and Christina (Nee Devereaux), Flushing, New York, formerly Cooraclare and Inagh, Co. Clare. Loving wife and best friend of her husband Michael McAteer; the devoted sister of Regina (Dave) Lopez of East Northport, NY; beloved Aunt to Caitlin, Colin, and Cara. Mairead’s love and immeasurable verve made an indelible impact on every one of her and Michael’s family members, countless friends and co-workers, and those she held most dear.
The Funeral Mass will be held in St. Alphonsus Church, Maple Glen, Pennsylvania on Thursday, followed by interment on Friday in St. Charles Cemetery, Farmingdale, New York.
