Larry passed away peacefully on September 20th 2026, surrounded by his family at University Hospital Limerick.
Predeceased by his beloved wife and best friend Nuala (née Moloney); his parents Paddy and Peggy; his sister Patricia and brother Patrick; brothers-in-law Jimmy Conroy, Donal and Nor Moloney.
He will be forever missed by his children Patrick, John, Laurence and Anne-Marie (Hennigan) and his treasured grandchildren Matthew, Eoin, Amy, Cormac, Benjamin, Clare, Laurence and Eve; his brothers Michael and Malachy, and his sister Kathleen; his daughters-in-law Martina, Maryclare, Sara Jane and son-in-law Joe; sisters-in-law; cousins, nieces, nephews, his wonderful neighbours, and many loyal friends in Tulla and beyond.
The family would like to acknowledge the truly exceptional care and support that Larry received from the outstanding staff in Cahercalla Community Hospital since Nuala’s passing. We also wish to extend our thanks to the staff at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Ennis, and all of those who provided him with great care at UHL since early September.

Reposing at O’Halloran’s Funeral Home, Tulla (V95 N590) from 6pm to 8pm on Tuesday, September 22nd, followed by removal from the funeral home to St. Peter and Paul’s Church Tulla.
Funeral Mass will take place on Wednesday morning, September 23rd, at 11am in St. Peter and Paul’s Church, Tulla. Burial afterwards in the local cemetery.
Family flowers only. Donations, if desired to Cahercalla Community Hospital.
