Clare Motorists Warned To Be Vigilant As Fog Warning Remains In Place

Motorists in Clare are being warned to be vigilant this morning as a fog warning remains in place here and the rest of Munster.

The Met Eireann advisory will be in operation until midday, with temperatures having dropped below freezing in parts overnight.

Drivers are being told that dense fog may lead to impaired visibility and hazardous driving conditions.

The fog may be slow to lift this morning, with Met Eireann suggesting it may linger beyond the advisory period of 12 noon.
