An Ennis addiction counsellor is warning those living with addiction to avoid exposing themselves to triggers over the Christmas break.
From now until New Year’s, the pub trade will be picking up, while parties and get togethers will be held in earnest too.
While for many, it’s a chance for a catch up with family and friends, it can prove an extremely challenging time for those who suffer with addiction.
