Up to 200 Feared Drowned As LE Niamh Arrives in Sicily With Rescued Migrants

It's feared up to 200 migrants may have drowned after an overcrowded boat they were on capsized in the Mediterranean.

The naval ship the LE Niamh has arrived in Sicily with 367 rescued migrants on board.

The Irish vessel is also carrying the bodies of 25 people who drowned when the wooden fishing boat they were traveling in capsized off the coast of Libya.

Meanwhile, the head of the Trocaire charity says Europe can help curb the flow of migrants by doing more to help struggling nations.
