UHL And UCHG Had The Most Patients Removed From Outpatient Waiting Lists Last Year

Limerick and Galway University Hospitals had the most patients removed from outpatient waiting lists last year.

A validation process was carried out by the HSE, which involved letters being sent out to patients to see if they’re suitable and available to attend their appointments.

In all, 29,500 patients across the country were taken off the wait lists in 2020.
