A typhoon sweeping through Tokyo has forced the cancellation of more than 400 flights and disrupted train services in Japan.

Typhoon Mindulle made landfall south of Tokyo on Monday afternoon with sustained winds of 126 kilometres per hour.
Gusts are expected to reach 180 kph – and heavy rains have swollen rivers.
