Donald Trump's Doonbeg Golf Resort has been valued at more than double the price that he paid for it.
Trump has made financial disclosures in the US, as part of his bid to become the Republican candiate for the Presidency, and the files show that a value of 25 million dollars or just under 23 million euro has been put on the West Clare property.

He had purchased the site for 8.7 million euro early last year.
Reports today say the documentation filed by the businessman show that the Doonbeg resort is recording revenues of over 10 million dollars a year.
