Tributes are being paid to well-known Clare songwriter Frank Conway, who has died.
A lifelong member of Fianna Fáil, he was involved in the national executive for many years and up until his death served as president of the Ennis Cumann.

A native of Kildysart, Frank spent most of his life living in Ennis and is survived his wife Mary, his children and grandchildren and a wide circle of friends.
Ennis Fianna Fáil Councillor Pat Daly was a long-time friend of Frank’s and says he’ll be sorely missed:
May he rest in peace.
